Crunch Munch

Homemade salad croutons
my new favorite salad dressing
= perfection!



I cut up stale sandwich bread, toss the bread with melted butter and 2-3 cubes each of these lovely guys:

Toast them in a 300F oven until they look brown on both sides (turn them over once or twice during baking).  Let them cool completely for added crunch.
