Wanted: Toddler Translator

Nate's verbal switch has been flicked!
This kid does not stop talking. Mind you, most of it is just jabbering but the two of us just had a 5 min. conversation that went back and forth while I was trying to get him to relax before going to bed. It went something like this:

Nate: bajamurstur bali dumba dumba
Me: rastamindo polibob vorsay
Repeat

His little baby voice is adorable and melts my heart. But it also makes me want to laugh so hard because it really does sound like he's trying to communicate with the Mother Ship. My kid has got to be part-Martian. I don't know how he combines vowels and consonants so quickly...my mouth just doesn't work like that.

Does he sound like that little girl in the you tube video? He probably really is trying to communicate something important to you he just doesn't have the words yet :) Very cute, Nate's gonna keep you and Lee on your toes!

It is a great time when they start trying to talk. They seem to be so intent on trying to get a point across and the sad thing is we have no clue what they are saying. However, I think it is great that you are conversing with him in "his" language. Enjoy!
