I can't find the book I wanted to point out to you in reference to this post. It must be in one of the 20 boxes of books still packed in the garage. (I think I need a 12 step program!) But Jell-O A Biography (9780156011235) is a fun read . . . and if I ever find the other one, I'll tell you about it as well. I love cringing at some of the stuff done in the 20s to food!
